Santa's Workshop: ages 8-15

Parents, here's a chance for you to get some holiday shopping and baking done! Just don't buy for grandparents or other special folks, because you'll want to give the pieces your child will make at Santa's Workshop as gifts. In this 2-session workshop, participants will use a variety of materials to make three large gift-quality projects. They will also create multiple small projects, as time allows. This workshop will be held on two consecutive Sundays. One ticket purchases entry to both sessions. Projects will be started in the first session and finished in the second session. All participants must be able to tie a simple knot in yarn.

This session is for ages 8-16. There is another session for ages 15-adult, with slightly different projects. Check that out here.

A light snack will be included (string cheese, applesauce pouch, hot chocolate or cider, candy cane). Please send a water bottle with your child. You can note any allergies on the registration form.

Large projects include: 

1. Wooden A-Frame Ornament Trees (approximately 24" in finished height)
2. *Hygge Yarn Wreaths (approximately 11" in finished diameter)
3. Christmas or Winter Themed Wall Mosaic (8" L x 7½" W; will be a snowman, tree, or star, based on what colors of mosaic pieces are available when I place my order)

*Hygge yarn wreaths vary widely, person-to-person, in the amount of time they take to complete. If your child/teen doesn't complete their wreath at the Workshop, Amy will send home all the materials, knowledge, and confidence needed to complete the project at home.
