Charcuterie

Join Amanda from Grazing Table Charcuterie for a workshop on creating the perfect cheese and charcuterie board! Each attendee will create an 8" board to take home. Boards will include meat, dairy, fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, and sweet treats. Attendees will learn the basics of cheese selection, cutting techniques and styling tips! Amanda will demonstrate step by step instructions on how to arrange a beautiful board. Learn a life skill that will transform you into the hostess with the mostest! All ingredients will be provided. Feel free to BYOB.

Pre-registration is required. Video taping of any kind is not allowed during this event.

Because your materials will be special ordered for you and Amanda is coming from Des Moines to teach this class, no returns or exchanges will be given. If you're unable to attend the class, you're welcome to send a friend in your place or pick up the materials to make the board at home.
